Jailbreak Brewing Company is the place to be on Monday, October 20, 2025 for Howard County’s 10th “Ignite Talks” event. Part of a global movement to build community, spark discussion, and delight audiences, the event features 10-12 thought-provoking speakers each presenting for five minutes with 20 slides. The evening is hosted by business community volunteers and organized by Conscious Capitalism Central Maryland Chapter (C3MD) with admin support from Leadership Howard County.

“Enlighten us, but make it quick!” is the mantra for this fast and furious event. Whether the speaker teaches us something, causes us to think deeper, entertains or simply inspires, the goal is to create conversations and collaboration in the Howard County community.
